INTAX VISA connects international candidates with Serbian employers and supports the application process connected to the selected vacancy. We are an intermediary, not the direct employer.
THE SERVICE
A practical process from vacancy to visa application.
We start with the employer opportunity. The conditions shown on each vacancy are the conditions provided for that specific job. Once a suitable option is identified, the applicant submits the required personal information and documents through the INTAX VISA client portal.
Our team manages the application workflow, communicates case updates and prepares the internal documentation required for the process. Final employment and visa decisions remain with the employer and the relevant Serbian authorities.

STEP BY STEP
How the work visa service moves forward.
Create your client account
After the initial discussion, register and complete your Work Visa application in the client portal.
Submit documents
Upload the passport, photo, insurance, diploma or professional document and CV requested in the portal.
Application process
INTAX VISA manages the case workflow and updates the application status in your portal.
Visa approval stage
The €500 service payment is requested only after visa approval has been confirmed.
Arrival in Serbia
The remaining €1,000 is paid after arrival in Serbia, in line with the agreed service model.
Important
INTAX VISA does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made by the relevant Serbian authorities. We also do not present ourselves as the direct employer; employment is with the Serbian employer connected to the vacancy.
