1. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies and similar browser-storage technologies allow websites to remember information needed for sessions, security and user preferences.
2. Essential authentication storage
The secure client and admin areas use Supabase authentication. Authentication tokens or related browser storage may be used to keep a signed-in session active, refresh it securely and determine whether a user is authorized to access a protected page.
3. Google sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may use its own cookies or account technologies during the authentication process. Those technologies are controlled by Google and are subject to Google's own policies. INTAX VISA uses Google sign-in as an optional authentication method.
4. Preference storage
We may use local browser storage for simple website preferences. For example, when you acknowledge the cookie notice, the browser stores that choice so the notice does not need to be displayed on every page view. The live assistant may also use local browser storage to keep a random conversation identifier and the country and service you selected so the same conversation can continue while you move between website pages or create an account.
5. Meta Pixel and advertising measurement
If you choose Allow optional cookies, the website may load Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure advertising performance and understand actions that follow an advertisement, such as page views, country-program views, live-chat starts, account registrations and submitted applications. Meta may receive browser, device and page-event information in accordance with its own policies. INTAX VISA does not send passport details, uploaded documents or application-form contents to Meta Pixel.
If you choose Essential only, INTAX VISA does not load Meta Pixel from this consent control. You can clear the website's stored consent choice in your browser if you want to choose again.
6. Managing browser data
You can remove cookies or local storage using your browser settings. Removing essential authentication data may sign you out of the client portal and require you to log in again.
