Work in Serbia

INTAX VISA is not the direct employer. We act as an intermediary between international applicants and Serbian employers that are looking for workers. When a suitable vacancy is available, we assist with the application process and the work visa documentation connected to that employment opportunity. The employer and the Serbian authorities remain responsible for the employment and visa decisions.

There is no upfront service payment to start the work visa process. The first payment of €500 is requested only after the visa has been approved. The remaining €1,000 is paid after arrival in Serbia. The total service price is €1,500 and the official costs connected with the process are included. If the visa application is refused, you do not pay a service fee.

Applicants should be ready to provide a scanned passport information page, biometric photograph, travel health insurance, email address, WhatsApp number, residential address, diploma or professional certificate, CV and information about their English speaking level. Additional information may be requested when necessary for a specific employer or application.

Yes. Our Serbian sole proprietorship registration service is designed to be completed remotely and no power of attorney is required for this service. The total price is €200 and all official company registration costs are included. You pay €75 to start the registration and the remaining €125 after the company has been registered. The target completion time is approximately 5 business days.

Our company formation service is intended for entrepreneurs, including e-commerce sellers who want a Serbian business entity for their international activities. INTAX VISA provides the Serbian company registration service only. Marketplace account opening, banking, Payoneer, payment processing, accounting subscriptions and other third-party services are not included in the €200 company formation package.
