Working in Serbia
Answers about available jobs, eligibility, documents, fees and the work visa process.
01Is INTAX VISA the direct employer?
No. INTAX VISA acts as an intermediary between international applicants and Serbian employers. We help connect suitable applicants with employers that have staffing needs and assist with the related process. The employment relationship is with the Serbian employer, not INTAX VISA.
02Which job is currently available?
The current advertised opportunity is Warehouse Worker at a biscuit factory in Belgrade. The advertised salary is €750, the schedule is 6 days per week and 8 hours per day, and the contract is for 1 year. Meals and accommodation are provided by the company, residence permit costs are covered, applicants may be male or female, the current age range is 18–45, and previous experience is not required. Future vacancies may have different conditions.
03Can people from any country apply?
The website is intended for international applicants. Whether a particular applicant can proceed depends on the open position, the employer's requirements, the applicant's documents and the relevant Serbian authorities. Contact us on WhatsApp with your nationality and basic profile so we can check the currently available options.
04What documents do I need for a work visa application?
Applicants should be ready to provide a scanned passport information page, biometric photograph, travel health insurance, email address, WhatsApp number, residential address, diploma or professional certificate, CV and information about their English speaking level. Depending on the employer or the application, additional information or documents may also be requested.
05Do I need previous work experience?
For the currently advertised Warehouse Worker position, previous experience is not required. Requirements may change for future positions such as production work, agriculture, carpentry, construction, butchery or other specialist roles. Always check the requirements shown on the specific job listing.
06How much is the work visa and job placement service?
The total service price is €1,500. There is no upfront service payment to begin the process. €500 is paid only after the visa has been approved, and the remaining €1,000 is paid after arrival in Serbia.
07What costs are included in the €1,500 work visa service price?
The package includes the official costs connected with the process, including the visa fee, required third-party payments and document translations handled as part of the application process. The exact process may vary depending on the case and employer.
08What happens if my visa is refused?
If the visa application is refused, you do not pay a service fee. INTAX VISA does not charge the €500 approval-stage payment or the €1,000 arrival-stage payment when the visa is refused.
09Do you guarantee that my visa will be approved?
No. INTAX VISA does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made by the relevant Serbian authorities and are outside the control of INTAX VISA or the employer. We can prepare and support the process, but we cannot promise a particular decision.
10When do I receive access to the visa application account?
After visa approval is confirmed and the €500 approval-stage payment is completed, the relevant account access information can be provided to the applicant. Our team will explain the exact handover steps directly during the process.
11Are accommodation and meals always included?
For the currently advertised Warehouse Worker position, accommodation and meals are included. Future job offers may have different benefits, so the conditions shown on each individual vacancy should be treated as the applicable offer for that job.
12How will I know that my visa has been approved before I pay €500?
When an approval is available, our team can demonstrate the result through the application system and, when appropriate, by video call, photographs or video evidence. The €500 payment is requested only after the approval stage, not at the beginning of the process.

Ongoing accounting services and future accounting subscriptions are not included in the €200 company registration package unless a separate service is specifically agreed.
11Can I later apply for a Serbian visa or residence permit after opening the company?
INTAX VISA can provide separate visa and residence-related assistance for clients who are planning to move to Serbia after establishing their business. This is a separate service and is not included in the €200 company-registration price.
12Is company formation itself a visa service?
No. The €200 service is company registration only. Forming a Serbian company does not mean that a visa or residence permit is automatically issued. Immigration procedures are separate and subject to the relevant Serbian authorities.
