01Which countries are currently available?
Serbia, Portugal, Slovenia, Latvia, Bulgaria and North Macedonia. Availability can change, so check the relevant country page or live assistant before starting.
02Which jobs and salaries are currently advertised?
Serbia: Warehouse Worker, €750/month; Portugal: Paper Factory Worker, €950/month; Slovenia: Agriculture Worker, €1300/month; Latvia: Plastic Factory / Warehouse Worker, €900/month; Bulgaria: Hotel Cleaning / General Helper, €800/month; North Macedonia: Agriculture Worker, €850/month. Accommodation and meals are included in the current advertised programs. Final employment terms are governed by the relevant employer documentation.
03What is the Serbia job?
The current Serbia work program is the food-warehouse / warehouse-worker position in Novi Sad. INTAX VISA is not currently advertising a Serbia agriculture-worker program.
04Do I need previous experience?
The current advertised roles are presented as not requiring previous experience, subject to the final employer and vacancy conditions.
05Is INTAX VISA the direct employer?
No. INTAX VISA coordinates the application and support workflow. The employment relationship is with the relevant employer or hiring party for the selected destination.
What is paid and when
Fixed USD amounts for each destination, with salaries still shown in EUR.
01What do I pay at the beginning?
Only the initial official-fee payment for your selected destination: Serbia $60, Portugal $105, Slovenia $90, Latvia $105, Bulgaria $115, North Macedonia $85. These USD amounts are fixed and are not recalculated daily.
02When is the main INTAX VISA service fee paid?
Only after visa approval. Current fixed service fees are: Serbia $1380, Portugal $1495, Slovenia $1725, Latvia $1495, Bulgaria $1380, North Macedonia $1035.
03What happens if the visa is refused?
The post-approval INTAX VISA service fee is not payable. Initial official/application fees or third-party charges already incurred may be non-refundable.
04Where can I see payment account or wallet details?
Payment instructions are provided privately through official INTAX VISA channels at the correct stage of the case. Payment identifiers are intentionally not displayed on public pages.

01Can I apply to more than one country?
Yes. One account can hold multiple applications, and every country case receives its own reference, documents, status and timeline.
02Which documents are required at first?
For work programs, the initial portal submission requires the passport information page, a biometric/passport-size photo and a CV / Resume. Additional documents may be requested later.
03How do I know what to do next?
The client portal highlights the next action, application progress, required documents, status and case timeline so you do not have to guess which step comes next.
Remote sole-proprietorship registration
The separate Serbia company-formation service and optional company-based visa support.
01What type of business do you register?
The advertised service is for a Serbian sole proprietorship (preduzetnik) registered to one individual owner.
02How much does company formation cost?
The fixed total is $205: $90 to start and $115 after official registration.
03How long does registration take?
The target is approximately five business days, subject to complete client information and official processing.
04Can it be completed remotely?
Yes. The advertised preduzetnik registration service is designed to be handled remotely without travelling to Serbia solely for the registration step.
05Is a Serbia visa included in the company-formation fee?
No. Company formation and immigration are separate. If requested separately, the current company-based Serbia visa-service package is $805.

01How does the live assistant start?
It first asks you to select a country. If you select Serbia, it then asks whether you need the Work Program or Company Formation.
02Can I ask normal questions in my own language?
Yes. The assistant is multilingual and is designed to answer in a short, natural style instead of sending long legal-style messages.
03Can I speak to a human representative?
You can ask, but a representative may not be immediately available. The assistant will normally keep helping so you are not left waiting. Urgent payment verification or payment problems are escalated for staff review.

Based on INTAX VISA's own application history, the average approval rate is around 80%. This is a historical average, not a guarantee; the final decision always belongs to the competent authority.
