This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, prospective clients and registered users of the INTAX VISA website and client portal. INTAX VISA provides Serbia-focused company formation support and intermediary support connecting international job applicants with Serbian employers.

Depending on the service you request, we may collect identification, contact and application information such as your name, surname, date and place of birth, nationality, residential address, email address, WhatsApp number, passport details, intended business activity and the job opportunity you are applying for.
For work visa applications, the portal may also receive files you upload, including a passport information page, biometric photograph, travel health insurance, diploma or professional certificate and CV. For company formation, we may collect the information and documents reasonably required to prepare the requested registration service.
3. Why we use this information
We use information to communicate with you, evaluate and administer your requested service, prepare application materials, coordinate with relevant employers or service providers, keep an operational record of your case, provide status updates, prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
4. Secure portal and document access
Client-uploaded files are stored in private storage and are intended to be accessible only to the relevant authenticated client and authorized INTAX VISA administrators. Internal official documents generated by INTAX VISA, including invitation letters, draft employment contracts and accommodation guarantee letters, are kept in an admin-only area and are not made available through the customer portal.
5. Service providers
We use technology providers to operate the service. This may include Supabase for authentication, database and private file storage, and Vercel for website hosting and deployment. Email or messaging providers may also process information when you contact us through those channels. These providers process data under their own terms and security frameworks.
6. Sharing of information
We may share information only when reasonably necessary to deliver the service, for example with a prospective or confirmed Serbian employer, professional adviser, translator, registration-related service provider or competent authority involved in the relevant procedure. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use service providers and safeguards appropriate to the processing involved.
