1. Role of INTAX VISA
INTAX VISA is an intermediary and consultancy service. We are not a Serbian government authority and, unless expressly stated for a specific vacancy, we are not the direct employer. In job-placement cases we facilitate communication and application preparation between candidates and relevant Serbian employers.
2. Work visa and job-placement service
For eligible work visa cases, INTAX VISA may assist with the application process, coordinate required documents and third-party steps, and connect the applicant with a relevant employer. Current advertised job conditions are established by the relevant employer and may be subject to the final employment documentation.
The current service price is €1,500 in total: €0 upfront, €500 after visa approval, and €1,000 after the client arrives in Serbia. Official application charges, document translations and third-party process costs handled as part of the advertised service are included in this amount. If the visa application is refused, no service fee is charged under this payment model.
3. Visa decisions and no guarantee
No visa, residence permit or work authorization is guaranteed. Final decisions are made exclusively by the competent Serbian authorities. Processing times are estimates and can change because of government workload, consular procedures, applicant circumstances or requests for additional documentation.
4. Company formation service
The Serbian sole proprietorship (preduzetnik) registration service is currently €200 total, including the official registration costs included in the advertised package. The payment structure is €75 to begin and €125 after registration. The target registration period is approximately five business days, subject to authority processing and complete client information.
The company formation package covers company registration only. It does not include marketplace account approval, Amazon/eBay/Etsy onboarding, bank-account opening, Payoneer or other payment-provider approval, ongoing accounting fees, tax advice or a visa/residence procedure unless separately agreed.
5. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete and authentic information and documents. You are responsible for reviewing your personal details before submission and for promptly responding to reasonable requests for missing or updated information. False, altered, misleading or unlawfully obtained documents may result in suspension or termination of service.
6. Payments
Current accepted payment methods are Western Union and USDT. The website does not currently provide credit-card checkout. Payment instructions should be confirmed through an official INTAX VISA communication channel before payment is sent.
7. Employer and job conditions
Salary, working hours, accommodation, meals, contract duration, workplace and other employment conditions displayed for a vacancy are based on the relevant employer's offered position. INTAX VISA facilitates the process but does not independently control an employer's day-to-day workplace operations.
8. Marketplace and financial-service references
References to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, banks, payment companies or other third-party platforms describe possible business use cases and do not constitute a promise that any third party will approve an account. Each platform applies its own onboarding, compliance, tax and eligibility rules.
9. Website and portal use
You may use the website and secure portal only for lawful purposes related to genuine enquiries and applications. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not attempt to access another user's records, internal admin documents or restricted systems.
10. Changes and termination
We may update website content, available vacancies, prices for future cases, processes or these terms. Changes do not automatically rewrite a separately signed service agreement. We may suspend access where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or serious misuse.
