1. Scope of services
INTAX VISA provides application coordination and support for current work programs in Serbia, Portugal, Slovenia, Latvia, Bulgaria and North Macedonia, together with a separate remote Serbia sole-proprietorship registration service. Availability is subject to employer, authority and program conditions.
2. INTAX VISA is not the visa authority or employer
INTAX VISA does not issue visas, permits or residence/work authorizations and does not guarantee a positive decision. Decisions are made by the competent authorities of the relevant destination. Employment terms are governed by the relevant employer or hiring party and applicable employment documents.
3. Work-program pricing
Work-program pricing is country-specific. The applicant first pays the fixed USD initial amount shown for the official visa/application-fee stage of the selected destination, and the INTAX VISA service fee becomes payable only after visa approval. Current advertised pricing is Serbia: $60 initial + $1380 after approval, Portugal: $105 initial + $1495 after approval, Slovenia: $90 initial + $1725 after approval, Latvia: $105 initial + $1495 after approval, Bulgaria: $115 initial + $1380 after approval, North Macedonia: $85 initial + $1035 after approval.
The displayed USD amounts are fixed client-facing amounts and are not recalculated using daily exchange rates. External service-centre or third-party charges may apply in individual cases.
If a visa is refused, the post-approval INTAX VISA service fee is not payable. Initial official/application fees or third-party charges already incurred may be non-refundable.
4. Serbia company formation
The advertised remote Serbia sole-proprietorship registration service is $205 total: $90 to begin and $115 after official registration. The target timeframe is approximately five business days, subject to complete information and official processing.
Company formation and immigration are separate services. If requested separately, the current company-based Serbia visa-service package is $805. The exact scope should be confirmed before that separate service begins.
5. Applicant responsibilities
Applicants must provide truthful, complete and current information. Passport details and uploaded documents must be genuine and legible. INTAX VISA may pause or close a case where information appears false, altered, incomplete or inconsistent, or where continuing would create legal or compliance risk.
6. Required and additional documents
For current work programs, the portal initially requires a passport information page, biometric/passport-size photo and CV / Resume. Other documents may be requested later depending on the destination, employer, consular post or individual case.
7. Processing times
Any stated processing period is an estimate, not a guarantee. Authorities, consular posts, employers and other third parties control parts of the process and may request additional information or take longer than expected.
8. Client portal and application references
A client may hold multiple country applications under one account. Each application has its own country-specific reference, status, documents, payment stages and timeline.
9. Payments and fraud prevention
Payment instructions are provided privately through official INTAX VISA channels at the appropriate stage. Clients should verify the payment amount, network/account details and their application reference before sending funds and should not rely on payment details posted by unrelated third parties.
10. Website changes and availability
We may update website content, active programs, future pricing, processes or these terms. A website update does not automatically rewrite a separately signed agreement for an existing case.
